Before you apply
What you’ll need
- To be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Professional hospitality experience. Most successful professionals have 1–2+ years in hotels, restaurants, catering or events.
- Bartenders: a current bartending license or certificate.
Presentation standards
Hostly professionals work in client-facing roles at private homes, professional office settings, luxury sales galleries and brand events. Clients expect a polished, professional appearance: well-groomed, in the attire requested for each engagement.
Application process
- We review your application. If it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out.
- Video call. A 30-minute call to tell you about working with Hostly and get to know you.
- Get verified and onboarded. Complete a background check, sign our Independent Contractor Agreement and get onboarded.
