Our team consists of 60+ hospitality service professionals with training from top hotels, staffing agencies, and banquet services. 

Service providers work under their own name, set their preferred work locations, and available work hours. Our professionals are adaptable, organized, good communicators and collaborators.

How to become a Service Provider?


Register your information including what services you can provide, location and availability.

Verify Eligibility

Meet with our team, acknowledge and comply with our Independent Contractor Agreement, and provide banking information for direct-deposit payment purposes.

Start Getting Jobs

You'll receive requests to work an event and be provided event details. After completing a job, Hostly will deposit directly into your bank account within 10-14 business days.

  • Hostly provides more work opportunities and easily enables you to expand your network of clients. 
  • With Hostly, you can earn money on your own schedule, finding additional work opportunities with our platform. Our secure payment system allows for direct deposit to your bank account, no need for issues with cash payments from clients. 
  • Your safety is our priority, including background checks of service processionals, no phone number disclosure, and the opportunity to rate and review other professionals and clients. 
  • Our large staff roster helps secure any back-up professionals in the rare case that you cannot make an event. Please note that late arrivals, poor behavior, unsatisfactory client reviews or cancellations will result in less work opportunities within our platform. 
  • Our Training Certification Program (virtual and/or in-person) ensures consistent, quality training among all our service providers. (*Coming soon!) 
  • Our Rewards Program where highly active, highly customer rated service providers will receive “Pro” recommended feature and enable more work opportunities (*Coming soon!)


  • The most successful service providers on our platform have at least 1-2 years of professional hospitality experience, including training from top hotel, restaurants and/or staffing agencies, and have a combination of fine dining and banquet experience.
  • Bartenders are required to have their bartender license and a complete Bartender Kit that they are responsible for and take to each event.
  • Our service providers must be comfortable working alone as well as as a team. Our professionals are flexible, adaptable, organized and good communicators.
  • Hostly service providers are naturally courteous, service-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude among their clients as well as with other service providers. 
  • Must be willing to wear the proper Hostly uniforms as per client request (either white or black Hostly oxford shirts). Once you are registered and on-boarded, you will be able to purchase the uniforms in order to start working. Estimated cost for both shirts is approximately $30 USD.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older and ask that you use your real name and an updated photo on your profile.
  • You must provide a U.S. Social Security Number as well as a checking account with a financial institution.
  • The first step is filling out our online application form. Once we receive your application, we will review and if we see there is a good fit, our team will reach out and schedule a 30-minute phone interview to let you know more about the opportunity and learn more about you.
  • The next step would be to complete a background check, complete our Hostly on-boarding process and attend our best practices training sessions. We’ll also need to confirm your measurements in order for you to purchase your custom Hostly uniform.
  • Our staffing services are available in the South Florida metro area, though we do our best to fulfill requests for staff outside of this area. 
  • If you are interested in joining the team and live outside of South Florida, please reach out and we can discuss the opportunity as we are always looking to expand our network.

We created Hostly to make it easier for hospitality service professionals to do what they love. Our team handles the booking, billing, and logistics with clients, so service providers can focus on the hospitality and providing excellent customer service. We offer flexibility for those who want it, and the opportunity to expand your client network on your time.

  • The Client Services team will present work opportunities to you based on your location and availability. You will always have the option to accept or decline a request based on your schedule and needs.

  • Clients may request to work with the same service provider for multiple events.
  • The Hostly team will directly contact service providers to confirm availability and share event details before working an event.
  • We are committed to offering a flexible schedule that fits your needs; therefore compensation varies widely and is dependent on your availability as well as the time of year. Some professionals on our platform earn $800+/week working for Hostly.
  • Compensation starts at $125+ for servers and $150+ for bartenders. Peak pricing rates are applied on high demand dates such as holidays, where compensation starts at $200+ for servers and $250+ for bartenders.
  • All of our services are billed hourly, and there’s a five hour minimum to book our services.

Travel as well as parking are to be coordinated and paid for by each individual.

  • Hostly provides more work opportunities and easily enables you to expand your network of clients as well as encourages repeat client business when clients are satisfied and highly rate their providers. 
  • It is against Hostly policy to exchange numbers with clientele. Our platform was created to make the hosting experience easier for clients and service providers alike, including a 24/7 support team and guaranteed payments. By signing our Terms & Conditions when on-boarding or booking, both clients and service providers agree that they shall not circumvent, avoid, by-pass or obviate each other’s interest, introductions, relationships or transactions established through Hostly, for the purpose of gaining any benefit, whether such benefit is monetary or otherwise. 
  • With respect to any attempt at circumvention, Hostly is entitled to seek any and all damages, fees at least equal to those received or agreed to be paid between the service provider and client. Hostly also reserves the right to remove said service provider from the platform.
